To prevent water leakage, it is important to note that the shower filter for hard water may not be sufficiently tightened when it leaves the factory. Please tighten the filter housing as much as possible before use. Wrap tape before installation and put the rubber o-ring into the shower filter inlet to effectively avoid leakage.

When using the product for the first time, run water (hot or cold) through the filter for 10 minutes to thoroughly soak the filter cartridge and flush out any loose filtering media.

The package includes: 1 Filtered Shower Head (with a 20-stage filter cartridge included), 1 Teflon Tape, 1 Instruction Manual, and 2 White Washers.

The unique 20-stage filter, featuring superior KDF, Maifan stone, Vitamin C, calcium sulfite, activated carbon, and ceramic balls, is designed to protect your skin and hair by removing residual chlorine, heavy metals, odors, and other impurities from the tap water through powerful filtration. The shower head filter for hard water is compatible with all 20/15-stage filters on the market. The cartridge has a service life of 6-12 months and measures 3.3(W)x3.3(L)x4.7(H) inches.

The shower head is made of ABS and chrome, with a gross weight of 1.47 lb and a 1/2 IN connection size. It delivers a water output of 2.5GPM (9.5 liters) per minute.

The shower head offers 3 distinct spray modes - rain mode, massage mode, and rain & massage mode. Simply turn the controller slightly to select your preferred spray setting, each of which provides a unique bathing experience.

The connection part of the hard water filter shower head features an adjustable solid rotating ball design, allowing the angle to be adjusted arbitrarily according to your needs. This 360-degree adjustability ensures the shower head can be positioned precisely.
