Installing the filtered shower head is a straightforward process. First, clean the filter's two sides under the faucet for around 15 seconds to remove any coconut shell powder. Next, unscrew the shower handle clockwise and insert the filter cartridge in the correct direction, then screw the shower handle back on counterclockwise. Remember, the large circle (raised) on one end of the filter goes towards the shower head, and the small circle (raised) at the other end goes towards the hose.

Wrap Teflon tape around all threads 3-5 times, then screw the bracket clockwise into the shower arm thread. Finally, connect the hose HEX NUT to the bracket and the CONICAL NUT to the filtered shower head. The entire installation process can be completed in just a few minutes, without the need for a plumber.

To maintain optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter every 3 to 6 months. If your water is particularly hard, you may need to shorten the replacement time. You can easily obtain the 2-pack replacement filters (ASIN: B0BL9Z3ZGT) as needed.

When using the filtered shower head for the first time, let the water flow through the filter for around 15 seconds to remove any excess coconut shell powder. Additionally, ensure that the power wash function is not pointed towards the ceiling, as this could potentially damage the ceiling.
